Vojta takes photography not only as a craft where he seeks the maximal professionalism but also as a way of self-expression and self-realisation. His greatest goal is to tell the stories of people through their pictures.
He is engaged with reportage and documentary photography, while his main focus is wedding photography. When shooting the wedding day, Vojta emphasises the reportage manner together with casualness and emotions.
He no longer hangs the wedding dress on a tree because of the photograph, neither he takes a picture of the rings.
He prefers seeking the laughter as according to him the wedding photography should be rather an engagingly told story than a product catalogue. He is distinguished by the sense of humour, which he likes to reflect in his pictures.
He was awarded by 4 appraisements in the CZECH PRESS PHOTO national competition in the categories Art and Sport for his reportage and documentary art works.
This year he was the finalists of the competition NEW TALENT 2019 on the largest European wedding photography conference BODAF in Barcelona. He is the main organiser of the Festival of wedding photographers; the largest meeting of the wedding photographers and cameramen in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic.
He is also a co-author of the online gallery
The stories of the pictures. Both of these projects are charitable and they generated about 14.000 GBP to help children with severe diseases and the seniors in the old-age.
